Step 1: Inquire for Availability
Send us an inquiry with your event date and location. We’ll confirm availability and recommend the package that best fits your needs.
Step 2: Reserve Your Date
A $250 deposit secures your date and holds your rental package. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.
Step 3: Delivery
We’ll deliver your tables & chairs on carts to your event location at the scheduled time. DIY Setup: You handle setup and styling. Prefer help? Add Full Setup Service for an additional fee and our team will handle everything!
Step 4: Pickup
At the scheduled pickup time, we ask that all rental items are packed back onto the carts and ready for loading so we can complete pickup smoothly!
The Rental Process
Delivery
Delivery is free within 30 miles of Rochester, MN. Additional travel fee of $1.00 per mile may apply if outside of the 30 mile radius.

We require a $200 cash damage deposit for all rentals on event day. You’ll receive the deposit back after the event as soon as we’ve inspected the rentals and confirmed everything is in good shape!
