Meet Hailee
Hey! I’m Hailee, and I found my love for wedding planning while planning my own wedding not too long ago. What started as a personal project turned into a passion for the process - from organizing the moving pieces to designing spaces that feel special and true to each couple.
Before Loon & Co., I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Gustavus Adolphus and discovered early on that I thrive in roles where I can bring order to chaos, which makes wedding days feel like second nature to me. There’s something really rewarding about creating an experience where couples can simply show up, be present, and enjoy every moment.

Meet Alayna
Hi, I’m Alayna! I recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Stout with a degree in Business Administration, but my love for weddings started while working in bridal, where I discovered how meaningful the small, personal moments truly are. I now work as a venue coordinator, helping bring all kinds of celebrations to life - and I’ve loved every minute of it!
Hailee and I started Loon & Co. because we wanted to create something that felt personal. A space where couples feel supported, understood, and excited throughout the planning process. We care deeply about the details, but even more about how the day feels. It’s an honor to walk alongside our couples and help make their day feel truly authentic and intentional!
