Meet Hailee
Hey! I’m Hailee, and I found my love for wedding planning while planning my own wedding not too long ago. What started as a personal project turned into a passion for the process - from organizing the moving pieces to designing spaces that feel special and true to each couple.
Before Loon & Co., I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Gustavus Adolphus and discovered early on that I thrive in roles where I can bring order to chaos, which makes wedding days feel like second nature to me. There’s something really rewarding about creating an experience where couples can simply show up, be present, and enjoy every moment.

Meet Alayna
Hi! I’m Alayna, and I recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Stout with my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Over the past few years, I’ve worked in bridal and found my passion for weddings and the industry. I’m now a coordinator at a venue, where I get to help bring all kinds of celebrations to life - and I’ve loved every minute of it.
Hailee and I started Loon & Co. as a creative outlet and a way to connect more intentionally with couples who want a planning experience that feels calm, personal, and thoughtfully designed.
