We started Loon & Co. with one simple hope:
to create weddings where couples feel fully seen, deeply celebrated, and completely at peace in the middle of it all.
Your wedding should feel like you — not just in how it looks, but in how it feels. Thoughtful. Meaningful. Effortless.
We approach every celebration with equal parts heart and intention, blending refined details with genuine care. From fluffing your bouquet before you walk down the aisle to quietly adjusting a timeline behind the scenes, we hold the little moments just as tenderly as the big ones.

Meet Hailee
Hey! I’m Hailee, and I found my love for wedding planning while planning my own wedding not too long ago. What started as a personal project turned into a passion for the process - from organizing the moving pieces to designing spaces that feel special and true to each couple.
Before Loon & Co., I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Gustavus Adolphus and discovered early on that I thrive in roles where I can bring order to chaos, which makes wedding days feel like second nature to me. There’s something really rewarding about creating an experience where couples can simply show up, be present, and enjoy every moment.

Meet Alayna
My love for weddings began while working in bridal, where I quickly realized it’s the small, personal moments that make a celebration unforgettable. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin–Stout, I stepped into the world of venue coordination — and instantly knew I was exactly where I was meant to be!
Hailee and I started Loon & Co. because we wanted to create something that felt personal. A space where couples feel supported, understood, and excited throughout the planning process. We care deeply about the details, but even more about how the day feels. It’s an honor to walk alongside our couples and help make their day feel truly authentic and intentional!
